This in-depth course is designed for the healthcare professional interested in refreshing their knowledge in treating pediatric patients suffering cardiac dysrhythmias and/or cardiac arrest. Through lectures, skills stations, and interactive teaching sessions students will become familiar with lifesaving procedures in pediatric cardiac patient monitoring. The course is taught to American Heart Association standards.
PREREQUISITES:
Must be a Thompson Valley EMS employee to participate in this class.
Complete course Pre-test
(Other training levels may participate in class for CE hours but will not receive a course completion card)
CERTIFICATION: 2 Year AHA certification
CLASS SIZE: Maximum 15 students
