Fleet and Facilities Support Technician – Full Time
This position reports directly to the department supervisor and is responsible for cloud-service administration, office and mobile device management, website administration, and firewall/IT security administration.
- 40 hours/week (4 10-hour days)
- Salary range $42,000 - $94,000 commensurate with experience
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be considered qualifying. Typical qualifications would include
- Recent IT user hardware/software on-site and remote technical support with local & network desktops, laptops, and printers in a mid-sized business environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite (including Azure, Office365, Widows 10 administration)
- A+, Net+ training/certification
- Installation & maintenance of networks, servers, personal computers, mobile data terminals and peripheral equipment
- AV administration/installation & maintenance; multimedia cameras, projectors, and sound equipment
- Critical thinker, able to work independently, active problem-solver
Network/System IT Support Specialist – Full Time
This position reports directly to the department supervisor and is responsible for assisting in proper maintenance of fleet and facilities, including grounds, HVAC systems, and minor vehicle repairs.
These job responsibilities should not be considered as the exclusive standard of the position, the role may include other responsibilities and duties as assigned to meet TVEMS needs.
- 40 hours per week
- Salary range: $42,900 – $75,000 commensurate with experience
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- Minimum (1) year building and grounds maintenance/repair and coordination with outside vendors.
- Ability to perform medium to heavy physical work in outdoor and indoor climates.
Single Resource Paramedic Captain - Full Time
A Single Resource Captain, under the supervision of the Battalion Chief, functions in the clinical capacity of an advanced life support paramedic providing emergency and non-emergency care or other specialty EMS services in the field. This position requires responding as a single Paramedic resource to emergency calls and as needed to non-emergency calls; managing and directing on-scene patient care.
Education/Experience:
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- An associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in EMS, public health, management, or a closely related field preferred, but not required; and
- State of Colorado Paramedic certification with 5 years of paramedic field experience. Possession of current AHA ACLS, and CPR-health care provider Possession of valid driver’s license, with a good driving record.
Salary range: $66,000 - $120,000
Admin/Billing Specialist – Full Time
Medical Billing Specialist/Administrative Assistant.
This position reports directly to the department supervisor and is responsible for data entry of patient claims, accounts payable and receivable invoices, processing billing statements and payments.
- 40 hour per week position (4 10-hour days).
- Salary range $42,900 - $75,000 commensurate with experience
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- Minimum 1-year recent full time general bookkeeping and medical insurance claims billing.
- Intermediate skill level using MS Office Word & Excel programs with basic computer knowledge.
- Work experience to support quality customer service, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze written and numerical data, problem solve and multi-task.
- Ability to work well independently on occasion, and within a team frequently.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of daily duties and excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Paramedic – Full Time
This reports directly to the department supervisor and is responsible for providing physical assessment and interpretation of patient condition and administers appropriate basic and advanced life support treatment in both non-emergency and emergency situations and mentors EMTs. These job responsibilities should not be considered as the exclusive standard of the position, the role may include other responsibilities and duties as assigned to meet TVEMS needs.
- 24 hour shifts on a modified Kelly
- Respond to on-call with-in 1 hour of call in
- Salary range - $59,400 - $94,000
Required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be:
- Colorado Paramedic Certification
- ACLS, and BLS certifications
- ICS 100, 200 NIMS 700
- Ability to perform medium to heavy physical work routinely
EMT-Basic – Full Time
This reports directly to the department supervisor and is responsible for providing non-emergency and emergency medical work in the field. The major challenge for this position is to perform basic life support treatments, transfer care and assist Paramedics in providing quality pre-hospital patient care. These job responsibilities should not be considered as the exclusive standard of the position, the role may include other responsibilities and duties as assigned to meet TVEMS needs.
- 24 hour shifts on a modified Kelly
- Respond to on-call with-in 1 hour of call in
- Starting Salary - $42,900
Required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be:
- Colorado EMT-B Certification
- BLS CPR provider certification
- IV authorization (through approved course-completion)
- ICS 100, 200 NIMS 700
- Ability to perform medium to heavy physical work routinely
