Through lectures, skills stations, and interactive teaching sessions students will become familiar with lifesaving procedures in adult cardiac patient monitoring.  The course is taught to American Heart Association standards.\n\n\nPREREQUISITES:\n\n\nMust submit a copy of current ACLS Provider card\n\n\nMust be a Thompson Valley EMS employee to participate in this class.\n\n\nComplete course Pre-test\n\n\n(Other training levels may participate in class for CE hours but will not receive a course completion card)\n\n\nCERTIFICATION: 2 Year AHA certification\n\n\nCLASS SIZE:  Maximum 12 students\n\n\nMeets American Heart Association Standards\n\n\n**Fees paid for this course do not represent income for the American Heart Association\n\n\n\n\n
